Could be worse... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   As far as apartment living goes, it just sucks anyways. This community could be much worse though. A few complaints: Security gates-one is always open or broken! The staff said they would open them at busy hours for convenience...What part of "gated community" did they forget about' Pool-The new volleyball net is so stupid! This is a small pool, so lounging is not an option, now watching your head is. As they say though, "Just another ammenity Carrington Park offers" Maintenance-They do get the job done right once they do it, it just might take a while before they do it...SLOW! As far as the staff goes, they have always been very nice and helpful to us. The grounds are kept up beautifully, but I would not recommend living by one of the grassy open areas unless you have a dog. Every dog owner meets and talks loudly there and their yappy little dogs day and night. If it wasn't for them, it would be a very quiet place! We chose this apartment for the convenience of work, and that has been GREAT! We will not sign another lease here, but only becase we are buying a house. I would recommend these apartments to friends!
