The management team has been very helpful in making the apt to my standards. I am impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff...especially Chris, Theresa, Drake and Cynthia.. I feel very comfortable and think I will really enjoy living here..
I moved out of a horrible place called Creekside Homes owned by Equity Residential ...and they were beyond horrible...the worst people, I've ever been around and the worst built apts. So it's very nice to be in a nice complex where I feel safe and comfortable.

After living here a year, I have totally changed my mind about this complex. It is one of the worst. Incompentent management who are only nice when you move in. The apartments are not maintained or made ready. Or maintained properly for years. I have had more issues and break downs of things than in my whole life living in homes and apts or anywhere ever. The management is rude and talks behind renters backs and gives your personal information to other tenants. It is run like a lowly social club and rules are only inforced when it suits the management not the tenant. There is mold is many apts, water drips in the walls and it smells musty and the AC and other appliances are old. They paint over the mold, but it returns and many have gotten ill from it. The management lies and reltaliates. They allow dogs to swim in the pools. If you are a friend or rather the management 'likes' you - you can have an animal without putting down a desposit. If the managment doesn't 'like' you they will say you have a pet when you don't and charge you accordingly. They have no security officer as they tell you when you move in. Many people have had things stolen, even out of their apts and the management shows little concern. The people in the office are the most unprofessional that you will ever meet. At first, you will think that they care, but they do not. hey are immature kids. The Tipton group is highly unprofessional, only does things if it suits their purpose. They care nothing about tenants. A management makes or breaks a complex. The property is not maintained well and the maintenance people change almost daily. They screw the tenant at every opportunity and lie lie lie lie lie. Be very careful here and if you are smart pass on this place. It will cost you money and in every other way. And the class of tenants is getting lower and lower.. loud parties, drinking - people even work on their cars in the parking lot - like it is their car shop. This place needs to be torn down as there are construction issues that make the plumbing not work correctly and the utilities will be so high that you will not believe it. Don't believe the lies behind their fake smiles. They have been trained to mislead to get you into their complex.
