RUN!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   IF you dont mind having gates that never work, airconditioners that are incorrect and run up your bill, dripping noises from the people upstairs as well as hearing them have sex everyother night, raising your rent everytime you renew even though you have been on time if not early on your rent, and raising your garage fee saying that they are in high demand but still have 2 garages open right next to you, then this is the perfect place to live. Stay far away as you can
