At first I loved the place. People were friendly and the maintennace guy is great. But what they don't tell you is that they WILL raise your rate over $100 when it comes time to renue. They will try to charge you for the covered parking they claimed was included. They will also "forget" that they promised to have your carpets cleaned. Also, the water bill was crazy high for a one bedroom, single occupant.
