BAD MANAGEMENT & BAD MAINTENANCE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Poorly maintained and not kept up. Old buildings, old appliances, issues with plumbling, AC, heat, and water heaters. Your utlities will be over the top. Musty smells and dampness and water in the walls. Slow to fix things and maintenance personel will change daily. Move in here, only if, you want to spend extra money, waste your time, have management smile at you while screwing you over. And have health issues because of ill buildings.
