My experience living at Carrington Park was a total nightmare! I lived there for over a year and I paid in full and doing so I was told I would get a month free only to find out two months before I was to move out that they were charging me that months rent. A manager had been fired and I guess the records were lost or they made an accounting error which I come to find out that they do often. I paid the rent. Then they tell me that I owe for two months water and I get a letter that if they don't get the money in 24 hours that they will begin eviction proceedings. They did not even allow me the time to get my checks to prove that I had paid it. The whole time that I lived in that place my daughter had horrible allergies and I felt bad - only to find that there is thick black mold in my six-year old daughter's AC vent, in the boards and in the insulation and I compared it to a photo of toxic mold and it matched. I know others who live in that complex have had trouble with mold and have also gotten ill. I had to take my daughter to the doctors. While I lived there repairs were not made timely or correctly. I had to have a friend correct the way that they installed a water heater.
The office management is two-faced and told several people personal financial things about me. I cleaned the apt when I left and I get a bill for $639.57 and if it isn't paid in 30 days that they will turn it over to a collection agency. They charge the tenant back for anything that they can. This place is horrible. They nit-pick to death the tenant but give horrible service while you are there. Another tenant, who left the apt perfect was also charged for their cleaning the apt. I am so happy to be out of there. And my daughter no loner has allergies. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE!!!! It will cost you money and your health. They extort money and threaten to destroy your credit. Management gets on here and says how great the dump is because no one I know there likes it. Everyone is happy to leave . Also, the place is old and the plumbing is bad, water runs through the walls. The place smells musty. And utilities are way high. Also, apts have been broken into. They claim to have a officer on the property but they don't. A friend visiting me had their motorcycle stolen and the managment shrugged it off. The gates hardly ever work. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE. I AM WARNING YOU. YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT!

It sounds like you have a personal problem and your taking it out on this apartment. Get a grip and learn how to spell.
