Great apartment - Wonderful Community

I've lived here for 2 years and am having to move because I got a job transfer. I'm really surprised by a lot of the feedback because that's not been my experience here at all. I love it here and will be sad to leave. I just hope my next apartment is this great.
Any time something has broken in my apt, I call the office and they come out and fix it within 1-2 business days (unless it was a priority item... when they've come after hours). The building and area in the property that I live in is VERY quiet and there is always parking for my guests (I have an attached garage for my personal use).
While there are some new faces in the office staff, several of the girls have been there the entire time I've lived here (and I'm sure longer). All of them are friendly and helpful. And I know that several of them actually live on the property.. which is always a great sign. I mean, if the people who work there wont live there.. that's been a red flag.
My neighbors are great in this building and area and I rarely hear them.
As a matter of fact, if you'd like to rent my apartment.. it's going to be available the beginning of Dec 2006 for $795/mth. It's a 1 bdrm w/attached garage and outside storage. 897 sq feet. It's in building 24. My electric bill is usually pretty low it doesn't get the direct sunlight (and daytime heat).
This has been one of the better places that I've lived at... and I've lived in 6 other apts in the DFW area and I'm sure you'll like it too.
