Very attentive staff. Apartment is a little older than most others I've lived in but is usually upkept very well. Parking has never been a problem and most of our neighbors are mature people who don't party / make noise, and that's the most important aspect for me when living in an apartment.

It's located next to a hospital and residential neighborhood so there isn't going to be any new construction in the area soon, which usually brings a lot of noise.

There is landscaping about once a week to once every two weeks and the office staff is constantly organizing get-togethers so the residents can meet and greet each other.

Overall, it's a quiet place to live. It doesn't have all of the nice appliances that you'd find in other Plano apartments, but what it lacks in technology it makes up for in other areas like parking, safety, and lack of noise.
