I have been here for over a year and renewed for another year. This is a great complex. The grounds are always kept clean and neat. (except for the dog poop...but that is because people don't pick up after their pets...not any fault of the complex) Even though the complex provides bags. Every time I have put in a maint. request, they have been prompt in taking care of the problem. I have only had 2 requests. My apt is great, it had new paint and carpet when I moved in. I love the location and always feel very secure here. I would recommend to my friends.
