I am finishing my 6th year of living here and looking forward to more. I have been more than satisfied with the level of professionalism and friendly service I have received from the office and maintenance staff. In fact, they have gone over and above more than once to help me out. This is a wonderful location in the city, too, and generally it is very quiet. I am a senior citizen, so the peace and quiet are especially important to me.

I have lived here on and off for 3 years. It's extremely quiet and I feel safe. The building I'm in, lately parking sucks and there are hardly any covered spots near me. But they fix everything usually the same day. They have entered my apartment to turn on my crock pot before so my dinner didn't get ruined. I wanted my carpet replaced and they did it immediately. I can't reach my vents because of high ceilings and they'll come in and open/close them for me. They're just awesome. They even gave us baseball tickets a few weeks ago. They're all very nice and very responsive. The only other issue was that there is always the same resident who needs to be renting out the business center. He's ALWAYS in there and completely disregards the 30 minute rule. It's maddening! otherwise, we have no issues here.
