Love this place From: apt4294 Date posted: 4/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Maintenance fixes things immediately. Staff is all very nice and responsive. Go way above and beyond - like turning on my crock pot when I forgot so my dinner wasn't ruined. I've lived in 4 different units here over the years and all were very quiet. The grounds are immaculate - they put down winter rye and the grass is emerald green. The flowers at the entrance are always gorgeous. They just painted the perimeter iron fence (needed it badly) so it's up to par again. The gates sometimes don't work but it makes it easier for me :). People will follow others in no matter what so that's a non-issue to me. A/C not balanced real well though and one room is much warmer/cooler than the others. High ceilings have contributed to a little bit higher electric bills then in my other units. We are very happy here.
