First of all this is probably one of the WORST complexes I've EVER lived in! At the moment we have roof leaks! I received a paper on my door from Carrington Park stating it would be, "at the most!" a three day job.. LIARS! It has almost been a week and the roof fixers come at 6 in the MORNING!! EVERY DAY!! They start pounding on the damn roof so you better be awake! Also, whenever the Carrington park staff has the grass mowed, which is usually once or twice a week, the mowers come at 8 in the morning! It's hard to get ANY sleep here because of how loud it is!

The staff that goes around fixing things, walks around like they are the, "----!" and they pick up dog crap for a living! Oh yea guys, hold your heads up high! I'm sure your mommys are so poud of you! I've never met a ruder bunch of people! The ladies in the office are NO better at all!

If you are 50 and older you'll love it here! If you have a family and want space, save your money and buy a house! DO NOT waste your money on this place! They are CONSTANTLY wanting to do odd, "mandatory" inspections, thinking of ANY excuse they can to have their staff walk through your apartment and to be honest it gets VERY annoying! And not to mention if you work 2nd or 3rd shift DO NOT be surprised to come home and NOT have a parking spot! I've had to park in handy cap 6 times now! & if you don't you'll be walking a mile just to get to your door!

So, if you come here and decided to live and then HATE it, don't say you weren t warned! Also, when they ask you if you d like to live in the top floor you will have ANTS and if you want to live on the bottom floor watch out for MICE!

Management gets on here and says how great the dump is because everyone is happy to leave! Also, the place is old and the plumbing is bad, water runs through the walls and they'll charge you for that! (When I first moved in my weather strip broke and my walls started to crack!) The place ALWAYS smells musty! And utilities are wayyyy wayyy high!

They claim to have a officer on the property, but they don't! Twice now, I've had things stolen out of the back of my truck! and the managment just shrugged it off!

Ps- don't forget to watch where you step, Carrington Park has an issue with all the dog crap EVERYWHERE!

Just curious? Do they pick up the dog poop or don't they? Sorry a Little confused. I hope that your moving because it doesn't seem that anything makes you happy.

I haven't experienced most of the issues you describe, except for maybe parking issues (mostly with covered parking). I have lived here almost a year and never had any kind of "inspection." Nor do I have trouble w/ ants, or mice, or outrageous utilities. Yes, the musty smell I have encountered in the summers with the AC running. Yes, they mow early sometimes (8-9am) but that's normal for a lot of places. Overall it seems like you are just a disgruntled person, this seems very exaggerated to me.

I,m wondering if you could be happy anywhere. If anyhting in my life was as bad as you seem to think I would change it ,family , home ,car etc.

So you park in handicap parking spaces and then try to justify it by saying you will have to walk a mile if you don't park there..So are you saying you would rather have a handicapped person walk a mile to there apt..You sound more like the problem to me..please post where you currently live so I know where to stay away from.
