I just moved in, you think this is bad, please. I previously lived at Bently place, and I received damage from the storms. My roof was leaking; Guess what things happen! I understand the frustration. I wouldn't mind putting up with the noise for repairs, as long as they tried to make it right. I never saw a roofer & everytime I asked all I got was the brush off from the office. It was quiet, except when it stormed, I got front seat to the rain in my living room. My roof was not secured & I got tired of getting wet, so quess what I moved out. I love the location, because I can walk to work. Everything is pretty close. I love to exercise. I jog around the neighborhood, and I have come across a dead mouse on the sidewalk. Yes, it was Gross! I think that it is just the area. Crap happens that's just life! Believe me, I have lived at a couple of the apartments right down the street, no place is perfect. When I have been unhappy, then got a rent increase, it was like putting salt on a wound. I had to weigh the good with the bad, and if it wasn't worth it, I have moved. Three times in the last 5 years to be exact, I will tell you I am tired of moving. Problems are everywhere. I actually have more confidence in this place because I was referred by a fellow coworker, who has been living at Carrington Park for 6 years. So far my move-in experience was great, but I will tell you this I did alot of research before I chose carrington park, so far so good, we will see how it goes...

Looks like Carrington Park has susbcribed to the thread. No posts in years, and as soon as someone puts yet another negative post, they just right in. Wow! Stay away from this apartment complex. YOU WILL BE SORRY. There are so many other better choices out there people. Do NOT take the chance of living somewhere and being unhappy.
