I reluctantly moved out of Carrington Park a few months ago. While I enjoyed the community, my family and I decided it was time to move into a house of our own. My experience at Carrington was a good one, however. My wife and I made good use of our floorplan, which we got an excellent deal on when we moved in 2 years ago. The grounds are always in tip-top shape and tastefully decorated with no sign of rubbish laying about. The maintenance crew were always friendly, knowledgeable and diligent when it comes to making repairs in my apartment. The office staff even called me after maintenance visited to make sure everything had been done to my satisfaction! Speaking of the office, I was always pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming nature of the staff. They addressed me as if I was their friend, not just another resident. All in all I am very satisfied with my stay of 2 years at Carrington. I would have renewed again had it not been the perfect time to buy a house!
