The apartments are quite run-down on the inside! I suffer from allergies and have been very sick since moving in, air vents etc. are rusted and have dust particles caked on the outside of them plus a/c units are ancient etc.
The location is very good, the neighborhood safe, but I havn't enjoyed dealing with the office at all. The office not listening, nor effectively dealing with issues when they arise, is my biggest gripe!
Hope this helps anyone considering a move here!

I'm sorry to hear that you've had issues with your apartment. My fiancee and I have lived at Carrington Park for almost two years, and the service has been excellent! When we complained about our A/C not running well enough, they replaced the whole unit with a new Trane unit. Works great now. Same with the heat - fixed it right up when we had a problem. The leasing agents always call to follow up after service to make sure we're happy too. I haven't checked the ducts, but I'm sure they're no worse than at any other apt. complex of the same age. If you don't pay to have them cleaned, noone else will either! I guess it just depends, every apartment unit is different and it sounds like you got a "lemon."
