There has been a theft in the community few days ago. Theft happens anywhere but management handled in a different way. I would not recommend to stay here if you want to feel like your home.

I have really enjoyed living here, but I can't believe the mgmt. office didn't tell any of the residents. That is unprofessional and irresponsible. It really p*sses me off. Any time something happened at my last community, we always received a notification, no matter how minor. Do you know any details about the theft, like when, which building or what side of the complex it was on? Someone followed me into the complex about 2 weeks ago as I arrived home late at night (about 1am). It scared me. The entry gates were actually closed that night, but I guess they followed someone in after I came through. As I was getting out of my car, they pulled up right behind me and just sat there. We moved out a couple of months ago. One weekend when we were gone, we returned and saw that they had a brand new door. After a few days they stopped and talked to us and told us that their door had been kicked in and everything was stolen. Even a bag with keys to their car. They didn't realize the spare keys were in the bag until they woke up the next morning and their new car was gone. So not only did someone kick their door down, but their car was stolen that night. Management never mentioned this to us... and we lived across from them. Nice.

Wow...I had no idea. I lived there for 2 years and just moved out in October 2009 and was never informed of crime issues either. Every other complex I lived it would leave a note on the door. Seems shady to me.
