Update to "Disgusting" From: Samewackykitty Date posted: 5/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   After reading the previous post, the office has informed us that "If you're not happy, we don't want you here." They offered to "break our lease at any time." Gee, aren't they sweet'! Its nice to know they read this or post here so frequently! We just spent a lot of money on movers, & delivery of our new furniture. MULTIPLE times I had to miss work to accomidate their exterminator, who seemed to be having issues removing the pre-existing infestation of bugs. Then the office says, "The exterminator thinks you brought some of the bugs with you." Its in our paperwork that WE SAW ROACHES IN our apartment BEFORE we ever moved in! We reported it to the office immediately, BEFORE we moved anything in here! Is that FACT clear now' Hinting that we brought ROACHES here is quite insulting. We would love to take them up on the offer to end our lease, but we just spent A LOT funds and effort on moving in. I just got a brochure from a company called American Dream Homes. $500 down for a New Home. I'd rather have my own home, and from what they've told me, my monthly payment would be just a little over what we pay here!
