Chisholm Place Apartments

Horrible. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My shower was broken for four months, and my air conditioner was constantly on the fritz. No rent discounts on the property, although once they did put me up in a hotel room becuase is was over 100 in my apt. The staff seems disinterested in helping. I'm getting out while I still can. I hope that you don't move in. All the appliances are outdated, and the carpeting needs to be changed. When it's stuffy outside my apt. smells like smoke. Problems with bugs even though I am not a messy person. I keep my dishes cleaned and take out the trash at least every other day. they've "sprayed" multiple times with no avail.
