Chisholm Place Apartments

I too may be moving From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006 1 response   I have been a resident for over 4 years and am concerned about all the vacancies here at this complex, before the takeover it was almost 90% occupied, now with all the rent increases and no incentive for tenants to stay, all I see are more and more empty apartments. Could it be the outrageous rent increase of $100-$250 a month. I don't know about this new company, but I did not get a raise to increase this mark up.
