I moved out of this complex in feb of 2008 and I am regreting it. I moved to SHILOH PARK TOWNHOMES on park blvd and I hate it here. SHILOH PARK TOWNHOMES HAVE HORRIBLE RUDE MANAGEMENT!!!! The only reson I moved out of Chisholm place is because I needed more space. Chisholm Place has a great floor plan and more sq footage than you will find at alot of places but I just felt like I needed a little more (I have 2kids and a large dog). Anyway, the manaement is GREAT and I have always found them to be extremely nice and helpful. This is a lovely place to live and I would highly recommend this place. The only thing I can say about this place that is bad is that I did have an electric bill occasionally that was a little higher than I was used to, they do have to work on plumbing a little, and I wish they had a little more lighting around the property. BUT overall this place is nice and the management seems to really care about the tenants. This place is a good place to live......BUT if anyone is ever considering moving to Shiloh Park townhomes (3500 E Park blvd) Then steer away because you will regret it, The management at this property will make your life a living hell!!!! I just wanted to warn anyone and everyone about the risk of renting at that property! But Chisholm Place is an excellent place to live and I wish I never moved gout!!!!
