Not so bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   Bankruptcy true, maintenance probs true, they were going thru hard times. new owners now. But the manager under the old owners worked VERY hard and is a VERY nice person. Plano next to Plano Senior High is not a bad neighborhood. The intersection is noisy (police, fire etc), but there is a very big, nice open area in the center of the condos. If your bedroom faces in toward the open area, it is quiet enough. I had a very nice 1 bedroom / study / jackjill layout that I will miss. I don't think there are many places in this price range in this area. I lived here 2 years, moving out now for a small house.
