vehicle break-ins are the #1 problem at this complex. My personal vehicle has been broken into TWICE. My neighbor had a BMW and they broke in through the passenger window. (They immediately moved.)I've made repeated visits to the new leasing company and I have yet to see assistance. I have expressed concerns on outdoor security lighting and bulbs remain unchanged, allowing the area to be extremely dark for theft. I currently live in the apartments now. I really like the apartment layout, but we are concerned for our safety. Having personal property continuously replaced and fixed is expensive. Management and office staff seem unconcerned,(actual response:That's never happened to me before.) They are not very nice, but you will find out firsthand if you visit.

The break -ins were every where, not just at the Collonade. I lived at C@WB when the break ins were occuring but everything seems back to normal now
