DO NOT Move in even if THEY PAY YOU From: vjrag_ind Date posted: 12/31/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Been living here for the last 12 months...very very very very (add another million verys) bad maintenance. 1. they advertise a gated community. the gate has been broken for the last 8 months. 2. it takes them atleast 5 days to fix emergencies (including fixing a broken fire alarm) 3. too many breakins. there has been atleast 20 breakins in the last 5 months. my friend had his new car stolen (and mine was broken into) 4. too high turnover rate. one day u talk to a person at the office, 2 days later he/she is not there and they have no clue what u r talking about 5. they always mess up ur work order/requests. i was supposed to get a covered parking spot 3 times and all the 3 times they gave it to somebody else. 6. too noisy because of the trains In all....the worst complex i've seen. please enquire before you move in...dont fall for they sweet talk.
