Customer Service or LACK THERE OF From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Customer service is terrible and there's always somebody new working in the office who seems to have absolutely no clue whats going on, so nothing gets done. If you have something that needs to be repaired there's no point in calling them and letting them know about it because they won't do anything about it.
