With all due respect, what do you mean by "treating" the creek? Do you mean poisoning the animals that live there? Having wildlife in your backyard should be expected when you live next to a creek. Plano is built up enough that I consider it a rare privilege to be able to see coyotes, possums and armadillos so near my apartment.
