Nice apartment, but maintenance problems From: inkhead72 Date posted: 7/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I've been there since Feb. 2003, and I have to say I love my apartment - third-floor creek view, and you can't beat the price. Having said that, every time I've had a maintenance issue it's been such a struggle to get it fixed. I thought with the new management this would get better, but when I had an issue with my air conditioner dripping rusty water in my bathtub it took 3 weeks (and 6 phone calls) to get it fixed. I appreciate the stuff they are doing to build community (pool parties, buffet breakfasts, etc.) but in my opinion that stuff is just the icing; they should focus on getting the basics like maintenance worked out first.
