This Place SUCKS. It is infested with dirty, noisy, overcrowded illegal aliens. The apts have gone downhill in 2 years. If the INS came here it would be a ghost town in less than 2 minutes.
Someone needs to do something about the gangs, crime, grafitti, etc.
NOT RECOMMENDED unless you are an illegal alien.
