Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I really was impressed with the maintenance and the office staff. Yes these apartments are old and not that nice, but the price your paying you can't expect too much. Bottom line is if you need a starter apartment in a good location for cheap, this is deffinatly the way to go.
