I just wanted to point out that most likely.. it is the staff themselves writing the below positive reviews. This place sucks. if the 2 beds werent so ridiculously overpriced i guess it wouldnt be so bad if you could learn to live with a bunch of roaches. the -------- arent so bad, most of the people here are nice. the only problems i have are the huge rodent problem, shammy appliances, the incredibly inefficient A/c system which i guess is the cause (I cant seem where else it could be coming from) of my 300 sometimes up to 360 utility bill. i swear it is just like they pull a random number out of their a$$es every month. Ridiculous. i dont agree with what the other guy said about --------.. but i can see where hes coming from. Only someone who couldnt get an apartment elsewhere if you know what i mean would live here. however if you find their "lush Green Landscape" and "sparkling pools" (which werent even open ALL last summer and they sent a notice threatening to close them this one) too irresistible... go ahead give it a try. youll regret in a few months, if it takes that long.

What a ass. These apartments are older and I agree utlities can be sometimes high Hello we live in Texas where it gets HOT Stupido. The staff are real people and don't fake the BS If its BS they tell you. The pools are sparkling clear and the idiots that wear their clothes swimming are the one who make it bad for the rest. Put on your swim diaper or don't swim. I love it here this is my second apartment in 5 years. Shame on you for being filthy. Only ones who have a problem with bugs are those who cannot put their dishes and food where they belong. What rodent you seem to be the RAT.
