Looking to move! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I agree, Bristlecone is a quiet complex to live. However ,the apartments are old, have not been upgraded and are not worth the money they are asking for them. I live int he largest 1 bdrm on the second floor. It is nice and spacious, but there is poor installation if any at all, so it is HOT as heck in the summer and you FREEZE in the winter. I think it is piss poor of them not to give their existing tenants more than 2 weeks free to renew his/her lease. The bathrooms need a major makeover. The bathtub mildews if water settles along the corners and cracks. ARGH!!! The sick has rust on it for days. Maintenance takes their own sweet time responding to maintenance request. Once they do enter the apartment, they scratch up the walls with their utility belt and track the carpet with their muddy, oily shoes. they only have covered parking in certain areas, so people who don't reside in that area are SOL. Overall the apartments are not too bad, the service from the leasing office can be improved.
