Was the worst apartment we've been in

This apartment was the worst we've moved to. The noise level was awful. Everyday we heard loud banging noises that resembled an elephant walking around. The apartment managers are inconsiderate in regards to the tenants complaints. For example our water heater broke and flooded our apartment. It took them four days to fix the problem completely. Meanwhile they told our neighbor to clean up her kitchen with paper towels. The water bill is outrageous...we conserve water and yet a bill for two people was $32.00-$34.00 a month. This is almost equivilant to my parents water bill (and they live in a house!) Crime is surprisingly bad. I myself had someone break into my car to steal a mere fifty cents. (Yet the damage they caused was much greater) I'm not the only one who has gotten robbed...burglaries are ramped...which is odd in Plano. BUYERS BEWARE!! This is an awful apartment!!!!
