HORRIBLE - JUST SAY NO !

They do not realize the renter is the customer. Rental rates are too high for dinky little apartments. The units are cracker boxes, yet the rates are over market. Some people get discounts, which is not fair to others. PLUS YOU PAY WATER FOR YOU ENTIRE BUILDING!!!! THE NOISE LEVEL is dreadful and the staff does not care. Utilities are through the roof! Other tenents leave garbage out on non trash days, the office does nothing. Reserved parking is not honored, the office does nothing. The appearance is going downhill..
