Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I have lived in this apartment for 2.5 yrs now and the original management was great. On time repairs, courteouse staff, clean apartment. Once this was bought over, everything has changed - from name of apartment to service to everything.
Very poor service response - replacing leaky taps takes 20 days, replacing door knobs 15 days and 3 reminders. On top of that, very rude staff who threaten to impose a fine for anything and everything. The pool does not get cleaned often and the weights room is closed often and for long. Will not recommend to anyone
