My husband and I were looking last weekend at various apartments in the area when we happenned upon the cottages of tulane. I had seen them on the web and loved the floorplans. We entered the leasing office 2 hours before closing. There were two agents there. One was on the phone and the other with a customer. Neither so much as glanced up when we walked in. After ten minutes of nothing we took it upon ourselves to take a brochure. After another ten minutes the first leasing agent got off the phone and walked right past us without so much as saying hello. Then the other agent gets up with the customer and is about to walk out the door when she obliges us by taking 5 seconds to turn to us and say "oh, we will be back in twenty minutes!" Forget it! Not only did we leave without seeing the apartments, we will never be back! Obviously, these people do not need new residents!!

I had seen cottage of Tulane on the web, and was very interested in the re-modeled unit. When I arrived, the leasing agent greeted me with smile and good attitude. However, she did not bother to provide any additional information besides writing the price down. She did not even offer the apartment tour, or explained what are the features. When I ask if I can go see a hardwood floor unit, she said, ???the floor is going to be the same as what you see in this room???. So I guess no tour for a potential new resident? Ok! I can give her the benefit of the doubt that she has had a bad day, but certainly she did a good job of pushing customer away.
