Nothing has been fixed as promised on the day of my move in.
The management is decent, I miss the curly haired lady (she was awesome).
I've lived here for about 4 months. The poor maintenance guys are always working late - you must be specific in what you ask for. My air conditioner isnt blowing cold air. I faxed a letter stating to check the freeon (spelled however) level. A month later it's still not what it should be so my husband went and stood over the maintenance guy while he checks it AGAIN - this time he found that a part was broken so of course the freeon was leaking. It's still not fixed. I live in a 500 sq ft apartment and my electric bill has been from 160 to 200 with Reliant. The apartment walls aren't well insulated.
One night we're lying in bed and I say what's that noise' We go into the bathroom and listen. He said, sounds like their grinding up something! We had an electrical surge according to our neighbor.
We're wondering what really happend in that fire...was it really a cigarette' One unknown worker says it could be electrical.
People have been leaving in the middle of the night. We notice that their aren't as many cars in the parking lot. I wanted to upgrade and they told me it would $175 deposit which I didn't even pay that to begin with. And to hold what' No one lives there.
I would recommend if it weren't for the "electrical surges" and electric bills...My pet is living with my mom because i'm scared to leave it there because of the electric problems
