I lived here for a year and my experience here has been mixed. The earlier management was good and very friendly and helpful, but never did things like renovation. The new management isn't very friendly or helpful or quick with fixing things, but they did some renovations that made the place and apartments look a lot better. But they also left the gym/weight room closed for many months and same case with the pool, without really caring about the current residents so the place could be beautified for future residents. Even though it is not a gated place, I never had any problems with parking. There were some troublesome residents, but they management never did anything to get them moved out quicker in spite of complaints. Over all, it was an okay place to live.
