I had seen cottage of Tulane on the web, and was very interested in the re-modeled unit. When I arrived, the leasing agent greeted me with smile and good attitude. However, she did not bother to provide any additional information besides writing the price down. She did not even offer the apartment tour, or explained what are the features. When I ask if I can go see a hardwood floor unit, she said, ??the floor is going to be the same as what you see in this room??. So I guess no tour for a potential new resident' Ok!
I can give her the benefit of the doubt that she has had a bad day, but certainly she did a good job of pushing customer away.
