Too many large animals!!!!!!!!

My biggest complaint is that they do not enforce the tenents that they allow here with animals..BIG or Small to pickup after them. It is so fustrating to walk through the courtyard like you have to tip toe through a Mine Field.

A complaint was filed and they said they had no control of people and their dogs..

I bet City of Plano can change that....
