I MOVED IN WHEN THE OLD MANAGEMENT WAS THERE ,AND WHEN THIS NEW MANAGEMENT MOVED IN THINGS BECAME WORST .NOBODY CARES ABOUT FIXING PROBLEMS IT TAKES MAINTENCE AVERAGELY TWO WEEKS TO FIX ANYTHING.

you probably are living in one of the dumpy old apartments, Of course they are not going to fix it, because they are going to replace everything when you leave. Your a sucker for staying.
