The lady manager is the worse person I have ever talked to. You can not rent or buy a washer/dryer from just anyone. The plugs are not correct and you have to RENT one from the people they tell you to. It sounds like a scam to me, not sure. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. They lowered the rent because of a fire that ran some people off. yes, I said fire. The trash that moved in started stealing stuff. The onsite "car wash" is a joke. The "driving range" is a messy mud puddle, with dog poo. My electric bill is 175 for 565 sq feet. The wind blows through the window. I have been told,,that is the next thing to fix. They are working on the outside (all the time the noise will drive you nuts), but not the inside. My water heater broke, because it is old. It spit out rust for a month before that, and the manager did not belive me. The air conditioner is above the shower, and the drip pan started leaking.. for a month.. now I have mold in the bath room.. nothing done about it. I have bugs the size of small animals.. they do not spray for bugs. You have to hire some one. Young punks live here and party all night, nothing done about it. DO NOT RENT HERE>>> not kidding. Did I talk about the outside lights being out, for two nights. So dark I could not see to walk up stairs. If you are trash.. and you really need a cheap apartment.. look for the deals on there website. This is the place for you.

I second Rub900's comments. The odd thing is that I'm experiencing basically the exact same problems as Rub900. Where's the management here? To add to Rub's comments, the ladies in the office are some times (most often) very rude or just socially awkward. I know that "customer service" is disappearing in general these days (and I'm a young bloke), but seriously we pay them money for service.

I'm really surprised by these comments. I've been living here for a while now and haven't had any problems whatsoever. Yes they're remodeling makes some noise but, at least they're remodeling. Not only have I lived here for quite some time, but I have friends that I've made here who have lived here for at least 3 years. None of us have had problems, and we discuss problems all the time! and no its not only one other person, I have 5 different families i know well. no problems at all. I honestly think that it could be quite possible that the people who are giving bad reviews, made some ridiculous request or are completely unreasonable, therefore they exaggerate on miniscule problems during their bad mood. don't believe everything you read!
