Do not rent here. I didnt even rent here and I'm thanking the heavens that I did not. I did apply here and spent the $140 fee to just find out how horrible the management staff is. They are rude and snotty. I signed up here just to pass the word on. Yes, the apartments seem nice, but really, do you want to be living under a management staff that could care less about you' I called them regarding my application and asked for a call back and when i didnt get a call back, I called them and she said that they had been too busy. TOO BUSY'!'! I'm somewhat upset about losing the $140, but then again, I guess I would have been more upset about moving from my great community that I now appreicate even more to that community. Do not rent here.

I am so glad you saved yourself the misery of living here. The staff is TERRIBLE, They truly don't care. The apts may look nice, but you can hear everything going on around you. From showers and toilets to dogs and people talking. I am moving out ASAP!

This is great stuff. The real problem is that property owners in part "own" our legislatures that allow them to carry on business dealings in this fashion. If enough apartment dwellers that depend on rentals for their very survival would write their legislatures about unfair treatment, (and no don't expect to get any help from the fair housing act) or any other government agency because these property megamaniacs have their controlling finger in the pie too. It is going to take a grassroots effort to change them. Simply do not just move out and hope it will get better some where else, because the brutal reality is that it won't. They only care about whether or not you can pay their exorbitant rent. One thing that would be a good starting place for a lot of appartment dwellers, is to write a letter to their legislatures demanding open records as to utility averages for the apartment they are looking at, without cost to the potential tenant. You can tell if they are well insulted or not from that, also helping you decide if your budget can handle ALL the expenses of the apartment. Isn't that the way that the apartment management agents do it. By looking at all of your assets, credit...etc? It seems only fair that they be forced to provide those estimates on an open source guide to the public. Maybe if they had to do that they would do more to improve the dwellings that go far beyond esthetics and exterior upgrades, which seem to be the trend.
