I've never ever experienced like this horrible apartment for 30 years.

This apartment overcharged to moving-out residence for the cleaning by unreasonable reasons.

The mold and mild dew in the bath tub penetrated the white silicon after a month since we we move in. But they charged for it after moving-out.
In common sense, once mold and mild dew were around the bath tub. If it is covered with silicon, it can easily penetrate the covered silicon and blooms again.

When we requested maintenance sevice several times but they usually visited after a week or two weeks later. That was the common sense at this apartment.

When there was plumbing problem, it makes overflowing and bad smell around the kitchen using after using dish washer but they did only removed mold mild dew on the living room molding after several months since we requested the services without fixing it properly.

I really NOT recommend this apartment.

I think a mildew problem is a cleaning issue which would be your responsibility not maintenance. Try using Tilex that will do the trick. I am sure you weren't just charged for mildew that sounds ridiculous.

I had a problem in my apartment also, no matter how much Tilex or any solution that you use, if the apartment wants to take your money, they will come up with any excuse to do so.
