you would think with a brand new complex that it would just be great to be the first to live in them....I was SO wrong...
there are just so many things about this place that i can just complain about starting with the noise level.
what on earth are the walls made of' i can hear every word my neighbors are saying through the bedroom walls.
ppl can chat outside or tell their dogs to go potty and i can hear it all and I'M hard of hearing.
that's bad...
the type of ppl that they let in is ridiculous.
i've seen cars being repo'd and know of 4 tenants being evicted.
there's been a notice about drugs being at the pool, a pitt bull unleashed, ppl stealing computer or rec room supplies, wall bricks falling off and hitting cars, the ONE community trash dumpster overflowing, and police cars circling the complex in the middle of the night.
what does that say about the apt and some of the ppl that have moved in'
even some of the 'good' tenants driving their nice cars can't even obey the parking lot speed limit.
they act like they own the road, esp when they go 40 mph turning a corner almost hitting another car.
you would think the complex would put in speed bumps.
come night and look at the cars that are parked outside.
it tells you something about some of people that live here when you see a hooptie rolling through.
one last thing, most of the ppl that have their 2 or 3 dogs pick up after their pets but some don't.
i don't hear of any $50 fines being imposed on these ppl.
as for management, the girls are friendly but incompetent when it comes to requests/complaints.
maintenance always takes a couple of days even if it's something they could do quickly.
yes this apt has great features but why let the good tenants fear and suffer for the sake of just trying to fill the complex''

why should someone have a "newer model car" to live to your expectations? I personally like to be debt free and own an "older model car" that is paid for and works perfectly fine... if you are going to be snobbish enough to judge by material things, move out and move on... I hear there is a highrise apartment building being built downtown... Good luck to you.
