I have read the previous reviews and do not know where these people are coming from. I have lived here for 6 months and find this to be a great place! The community is well kept and has many things to offer. I have a dog and am so happy to find a dog friendly place. At CM they realize that dogs / animals are family too!
The management staff are always very friendly and will get things done for you. I would definitely recommend this complex to my friends.

I agree with you whole heartedly. While yes I can find things wrong with the construction, the management had no say in this... it was a corporate decision. I am thrilled to find such an animal friendly place. The dog owners are very friendly as a whole, and I am glad I have my dogs to get me out meeting the other neighbors. Yes, I am the first to agree that some of the dog owners are not picking up after their dogs should show some consideration, they apparently own BIG dogs... you can't just think "no one will notice". I pick up after my dogs everytime, its only fair, I HATE stepping in dog doodie, and I've done it several times. The management can only confront an owner when that owner is caught in the act by a resident. So report it if you see it! I know I do!
