It is SO obvious that any good responses about this apartment complex are coming from 1. the staff in the office or 2. friends of the office staff. For those that comment on how great this complex is and how the negative write-ups are lies or wrong, I challenge them to knock door-to-door and ask each tenant individually as to their experience living at Courtney Manor. They will see the majority have had a less than pleasant experience here overall. My advice, tell the truth about how bad it is and spare others from this nightmare. And when searching for an apt., take the time to ask existing tenants how they rate the place before getting stuck in a lease.

Very Good point.. I dont think anyone is happy living here. I was one of the few to move in when they were still getting built... Hope people read this and think twice before moving in...
