i personally dont think that it is that bad! i mean none of the apartments is not built like houses so you are going to hear some noise. and the dog droppings is the fault of the people who dont pick up after their dog! And i believe that if it is really as bad as people are saying it is, they would move out! i mean if it was that bad for me i would not live in a place that makes me so unhappy.

It would be lovely to move out. Unfortunately we signed a binding contract called a "lease."
