I've lived here for a year and will not be renewing my lease.

Honestly the apartment management does take the time to keep grounds and the building nice.

I see workers out all the time working on the grounds and building.

The complex does have very nice amenities, which I never use.

I do feel however management does not adress issue with individual people who are violating the rules, they just send a note out to everyone.

I don't feel that they give enough notice when entering apartment.

My neighbors in the apartment i am in is very quiet.

I like living in the building i'm in.

I'm moving because the rent it too high.

My apartment is very small and for I am paying I found a very nice apartment in Plano that includes a garage and is 200.00 less per month.

The staff in the office is always very nice, but i feel the don't like confrentation so problems may go unaddress.

If money is not an issue you may like staying here.

The staff is nice.

I would advise you to get a top floor, b/c like any apartment you hear too much living under people.

There are a lot of dogs in the community, but the people here always keep them on a leash.

This complex is no better or no worse than any other apartment.
