I've lived in the Courtney Manor community for just over a year and absolutely love it! It's an excellent community to come home to after a long day of work. Prices are a tad bit high but you pay for what you get! The service from the current management team is awesome! Even the Maintenance Team is good. Just about everyone wants to help including the after hours staff. The property manager is a "MUST" chat with. Overall awesome staff, great place to live, perfect location. If your looking for a safe, get your money's worth community then you must check them out! "And for the record, I am not apart of management....I reside in sage green building # 6.

Come on, they are ok... but not all of what your saying. The management knows about sage green building also. When the comments are so over the top, you make people think your with management. If we pay for what we get.... then this is a ripoff

Whoever wrote this is on the staff. The staff is a bunch of underachieving losers who's career choice is less than admirable. These apartment are a ridiculous rip off and about the maintanance staff, they are all a bunch of old pervert construction workers!

I just renewed my lease here for my second year and i love it. The staff has always been super nice to me. I guess everyone can't be pleased but the ones that are do have the right to say so without others forcing their opion on them. I couldn't be happier with my home!!!
