Too Expensive but Nice

The community is quite, but too expensive for the size of the apartments.

The apartments are just your average apartment, nothing fancy.

For what they charge trash pickup should be free.

The staff promises a lot with a smile on their face, but don't always follow thru.

Neighbors keep to themselves.

You can find these apartments anywhere for a lot less.
