The actual apartments are nice but the walls are paper thin and the staff is very unhelpful...they are also trying to raise the rent by a couple hundred dollars a month because they just got bought out by another company. Also, there are alot of kids that hang out without adult supervision in the gym and business center. Definately not renewing my lease!

At Courtney Manor, our apartment homes are VERY nice.Having been built only one year ago I can assure you that we were built up to code and all was inspected correctly, although living in an apartment community can be more noisy than living in a home. Apartments are built like two story homes, and therefore you will have more noise than if you were to live alone. If you are currently experiencing a problem with your neighbors, please come to the office and speak with us. We will be happy to help you and take care of your issue as soon as possible. I am not sure where you received your information about the increase in rent, however, I can assure you that it is false. If you have any questions about rent or new owners, please, again, come in and speak with any of the staff. We will be happy to clear up any misconceptions or rumors. We cannot take care of your needs unless we are made aware of them first.

Uhhh..... our rent went up... by several hundred dollars. And these apartments are BARELY up to code, at best. We had a private inspector come by as part of a lawsuit that is pending.
